These terms govern your use of the smartparka.com website, which is operated by Parka Lausnir ehf. on behalf of the Parka group. Details of each group company, including registered numbers and registered offices, are on the company and legal information page.

A full set of website terms is being finalised with our legal advisers and will be published on this page. The sections below set out the group structure that applies to any dealings with Parka in the meantime.

The Parka app

Use of the Parka consumer parking app is governed by its own terms, available at Terms of the Parka App.

Commercial agreements

Services supplied to councils, operators and other business customers are governed by the written agreement signed for each engagement, not by these website terms.

Jurisdiction schedule: which company you deal with

Unless your order form or written agreement states otherwise:

• Customers in the United Kingdom contract with Parka Technologies Ltd.
• Customers in Ireland and the rest of the EEA contract with Parka Global Ventures Limited.
• Customers in Iceland contract with Parka Lausnir ehf.
